As already said I do not think the Japanese are so "stupid" to build 53 nuclear power plants (but not 3 ... 53) on its territory (highly seismic and not much bigger than Italy) without taking proper precautions.

It 'obvious and visible to everyone that the Japanese earthquake is an extraordinary event and we hope that surely has created damage "repair" of one of the plants.
